Samuel W. Oates, Jr. is a respected Georgia attorney with more than 30 years of experience handling workers' compensation, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Oates has tried hundreds of complex injury cases.
Traci Green Courville represented doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice defense cases for 10 years before joining the firm as a named partner. Today, Ms. Courville focuses most of her practice on representing the victims of medical malpractice. Ms. Courville has tried more than 25 complex medical malpractice cases to verdict. She is an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, a former board member of the Columbus Ballet, and a member of the board of directors of Overlook Community Association.
