Our Fees in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Cases
In personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases, our lawyers don't charge by the hour. Instead, we work on a contingency fee basis. If we are successful in resolving your case, we will receive a percentage of the recovery as our attorney fee. We will also deduct expenses that we incur, such as payments to expert witness and accident reconstruction fees.
If we are unable to obtain a recovery, we don't charge any fees. That is one of the reasons we need to be highly selective in the cases we take.
